Mediation
Mr. Glanzberg is deeply committed to alternative dispute resolution. He completed a 40-hour mediation training program with Phoenix Dispute Solutions in October 2022 and participated in the 2025–2026 E.D.N.Y. Mediator Mentorship Program, where he co-mediated F.L.S.A., wrongful-termination, and other employment-related matters.
He joined the E.D.N.Y. Mediation Panel in June 2026, and is available to mediate your case via the Eastern District of New York ADR Program. Mr. Glanzberg is also available for private mediations at a rate of $600 per hour, split between the parties.

Participated in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York’s mediator mentorship program. Joined the EDNY Mediation Panel in June 2026.
